Sammie
Head of Physical Rehab & Neuro Development
Sam has a Masters Degree in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College London and an undergraduate honours degree in Conductive Education. She is also the Founder of Parent Suportal an online platform for parents and carers of children with disabilites.
As a qualified Conductor, she has been teaching children and adults with neurological disabilities the skills to help improve their daily lives since 2011. She has also studied Sport and Remedial Massage at Loughborough, in order to help parents and carers who frequently injure themselves, whilst manually handling children. With a special interest in hands-on therapy she decided to travel to the USA in 2013 to train in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) and was one of the first practitioners in Europe in this field.
In October 2014 Sam opened Blue Skies Ahead, a multi-disciplinary Practice working to help children and adults with a range of neurological difficulties.
With a passion for physical rehabilitation, Sam has recently completed Level A of DMI to add to our incredible Therapy Intensives.

Sara
Head of Education, Research & Parent Support
Sara holds a BSc in Physics in degree (BSc Hons) from the University of Leeds and a Secondary School PGCE. Prior to her teaching career she worked for the Ministry of Defence as a Research Scientist.
Sara’s first son, Finley, was born with a rare brain abnormality, which left him severely disabled. By the age of 4 he couldn’t walk, talk or eat and had severe sensory and behavioural difficulties.
Sara’s passion is to empower families with the skills and knowledge of how a parent led home-based Neuroplasticity programme can be invaluable to a child’s brain development. Sara has experienced, first hand, how life changing neuroplasticity can be and has learnt the many different tools and modalities that families can use to help their child to continue developing and progressing. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the practicalities of implementing a home-based NRT programme and understands the immense pressure on families of children with neurological difficulties.
Sara’s interest in Reflex Integration began in early 2013 after attending a course in the USA. After seeing dramatic improvements with Finley she was determined to learn more. She is now a fully qualified RMT Consultant and Instructor.
In 2015, Sara qualified in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT, The Gillespie Approach) and uses it alongside reflex integration and other interventions.

Charlotte
Administrator
After completing her GCSEs, Charlotte sought opportunities to develop skills and gain hands-on experience through an apprenticeship. Charlotte started with a work experience placement at Blue Skies and continued working on intensives during her summer holidays. Her time at Blue Skies sparked my interest in a future career in therapy and working with children, so I’m thrilled to be joining Sam and the Blue Skies team.

Scott Davies
Movement Lesson Practitioner
Scott is one of two Movement Lesson Practitioners in the UK. He holds a BA (Hons) in Sport, Health & Exercise from Durham University and a PGCE from MMU and is currently completing a PhD linking intelligence with sports performance.
He spent a decade as a Sports Lecturer & Football Coach working in Sixth Forms, Colleges and Football Clubs across the North West. Where he taught anatomy & physiology, how the body moved and why. He both understands and appreciates movement and what the body is capable of; knowing how to move and how to teach.
Scott’s Movement Lesson story started in March 2017 when his daughter Quinn arrived 15 weeks early via emergency c-section weighing just 710g. He initially took some Movement Lesson courses to help Quinn but once he saw the profound effect it had on her physical development, Scott decided to fully qualify and help other children with disabilities.
